Frequently

Asked Questions

How do I access my party printable template?

Minutes after placing an order, you’ll be sent an email from Templett with an access link. This email is sent to the email address attached to your order. Clicking the access link will take you to a page where you will need to confirm your account details and set a password for your account. This account allows you to save your work and come back to your templates later.

What if I don't have access to the email I associated with my order?

If you don’t have access to the email address associated with the order, please CLICK ON THIS LINK which will give you step by step instructions on how to gain access to your templates. If you are feeling unsure please feel free to contact me on jaclyn@linenandwove.com and I’d be happy to help you.

What can I edit on the templates?

You will be able to edit all text, plus change the font, size and colour of the text.

On most templates, you can change the background colour, add photos and move the text and graphics around, however on some (such as some cupcake toppers and favour tag templates) you may not be able to move the graphics.

Each product will have a demo link which you can click to test out the template before you purchase it.

Can I change the size or orientation of my templates?

You will not be able to change the size or the orientation of your printable. However you can scale the artwork down to print at a smaller size so long as it’s in proportion e.g. 16×20″ to 8×10″, A1 to A4.

If you do require a specific size please feel free to get in touch with me at jaclyn@linenandwove.com and I can assist you in creating a custom size.

Can I edit the graphics?

You will not be able to change the colours of the graphics or edit them in any other way.

Do I need to download any software or fonts to access my templates?

No, Templett is an online design platform that allows you to edit your printables directly in your web browser on your desktop computer or mobile device. All the fonts will be available for you also.

Which file type should I download?

Choose JPG or PNG if you are using a photolab to print or if you want to send electronically.

Choose PDF if you are printing at home, your local print & copy shop or online printer.

If you are taking your files to a professional printing house they may ask for a PDF with bleed and crop marks.

Where should I print?

Most of my Australian based customers print at Officeworks, or use the photo printing services at Big W, Kmart or Harvey Norman.

For my US based and international customers, I recommend print and copy shops such as Staples, FedEx, The UPS Store and CVS Pharmacy.

You can also use online printers such as Vistaprint.

If you prefer to not have to worry about printing yourself, I have a selection of printed invitations available to order on my Zazzle store. It is available in Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada, Europe and many other countries.

Can I email or text my invitations?

Yes! When you’ve finished editing your template, you can choose to download a JPG or PNG file which is suitable for texting, emailing or posting on social media.
